Privacy for website applications
Information you choose to share
The website application asks for your name, role, email, optional phone number, business name, website, ZIP code, and interview answers. Please keep stories anonymous and do not include patient information or other private customer details.
How we use an application
Discovery Marketing uses these details to review your request, identify your business, understand its services, prepare website messaging, and contact you about your project. Submitted applications are stored in Discovery Platform, our business management system. Submitting an application does not subscribe you to an email newsletter.
Business lookup and optional voice
When available, Google Maps helps find a possible business match for you to confirm. Google processes lookup requests under its Privacy Policy, incorporated here for the Google Maps features. We retain the confirmed Place ID with your application; the displayed Google business listing is not archived with your brief. The optional AI voice interview uses OpenAI to process your voice and transcribe your answers. You can use the typed interview instead. Review and submit your answers yourself; starting an interview does not submit an application.
Source information and advertising
We record the page and industry associated with an application, referring website, campaign tags, and advertising click identifiers when present. Where enabled and permitted by your privacy choice, Meta, Google and OpenAI advertising tools measure visits and completed applications. Contact details and interview answers are not included in analytics event text. Supported advertising matching may use hashed contact details.
Your choices
Use the Privacy choices control when tracking is enabled to change your cookie choice. You may request access, correction, or deletion of an application by contacting hello@discoverymarketing.io. Application drafts stay in the current page until submitted or downloaded; closing the page can discard an unsaved draft.
